The Eternal Child
In this series I want to show the difficulty of being a child and at the same time the pain of letting go of childhood.
When I started, my intention was to find a way depict my longing for Italy, the place I was born and grew up. Instead of letting myself be driven by the intention, I listened to what the photographs I was taking had to tell me. Hence, with time, the project evolved and I realized that the core wasn't the longing for my native country, but the longing for my own childhood.
